Fastening systems and fixing clips.
Soft rail fastening, half–soft rail fastening:
- it can be applied to all rail types and profiles, both in new construction and in reconstruction of rail tracks
- it enables rail adjustment in horizontal and vertical directions
- it absorbs production and installation tolerances of rails and enables side construction within the range 5 - 20 mm during installation and at any time after installation
- point load and related fatigue are prevented, forces acting in transverse direction to a foot of rail are ideally distributed
- self-locking effect of mounting elements absorbs, in a side impact, side forces caused by a travelling wheel within the range 35 - 270 kN
- it reduces noise level by about 10 - 12 dB and vibration level by 40-45%
- it enables easy mounting or dismounting of a rail, no maintenance requirements
- travel route service life is prolonged without the necessity of its maintenance and crane electronic system is spared.
Tight fit without any possibility of rectification.
Tight fit of rail - technical properties:
- uncentred "steel on steel" loading and thereby increased wear of a travel profile and travel wheels. It is caused by concentrated load of the travel profile and the risk of cracks in welds.
- high noise level and the lower construction of a crane runway and a bridge crane are loaded with vibrations
- replacement of a travel profile due to wear or not complying with tolerances is too costly
- possibility of inaccurate installation towards a beam web.
