The life of our citizens and the events in the village are discussed in several parts of the chronicles, which are stored in the district archive in Olomouc. The last chronicle is from 1990 to the present and is stored at the Municipal Office in Troubelice.
The municipality has 1901 inhabitants and is independently administered by the municipal assembly, which consists of 11 members. Another body of the village is the mayor. The municipal council is not elected in the municipality, and therefore the authority of this body is exercised by the mayor, who is also the only released member of the local council. The other members are not released. The Assembly meets in public as required, usually six to seven times a year.
The Board is therefore reserved:
- approve the municipal development program,
- approve the budget of the municipality and the final account of the municipality,
- establish permanent and temporary funds of the municipality,
- Establish and abolish allowance organizations and organizational units of the municipality, approve their foundation deeds,
- decide on the establishment or dissolution of legal entities, approve their instruments of incorporation, memorandum of association, memorandum and articles of association and decide on participation in legal entities already established,
- to delegate a representative of the municipality, with the exception of Section 102 (2) (c) of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, as amended, to the General Meeting of companies in which the municipality has an ownership interest,
- propose representatives of the municipality to the other bodies of companies in which the municipality has
- ownership interest and propose their withdrawal,
- issue generally binding ordinances of the municipality,
- decide to hold a local referendum,
- to propose changes to cadastral territories within the municipality, to approve agreements on changing the boundaries of the municipality and on merging municipalities,
- determine the functions for which members of the municipal council will be released,
- elect the mayor and deputy mayor from among the members of the municipal council, determine the number of long-term members of the municipal council elected, set up and dissolve commissions, elect their chairmen and other members and remove them from office,
- determine the level of remuneration for non-released members of the municipal council,
- set up and abolish the municipal police,
- decide on cooperation between the municipality and other municipalities and on the form of such cooperation,
- decide on the establishment and names of parts of the municipality, the names of streets and other public
- open space,
- to grant and withdraw honorary citizenship and prizes of the municipality,
- to establish principles for the granting of travel expenses to members of the municipal council,
- decide on monetary benefits provided to individuals who are not members of the municipal council,
The municipal council is also reserved to decide on the following property rights:
- acquisition and transfer of immovable property, including the release of immovable property under special laws, transfer of flats and non-residential premises from the property of the municipality,
- providing in-kind gifts worth over CZK 20, 000 and cash gifts in excess of CZK 20, 000 to a natural or legal person in one calendar year,
- providing grants over CZK 50, 000 in individual cases to civic associations, humanitarian organizations and other natural or legal persons active in the fields of youth, physical education and sports, social services, family support, fire protection, culture, education and science, health, drug activities, crime prevention and environmental protection,
the conclusion of an association agreement and the provision of assets under the contract
- association in which the municipality is a participant,
- monetary and non-monetary deposits in legal entities,
- waiver and waiver of more than CZK 20, 000,
- pledging of movable assets or rights exceeding CZK 20, 000,
- repayment agreements with a repayment term of more than 18 months,
- assignment of a claim higher than CZK 20, 000,
- the conclusion of a contract for the acceptance and granting of a loan or loan, of granting a subsidy, of taking over a debt, of taking over a guarantor's undertaking, of entering into an undertaking and of an association agreement,
- cessation of immovable property,
- the issue of municipal bonds.
