The Impulse Endowment Fund is an independent non-governmental non-profit organization that focuses on helping patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). We fund projects in the field of science, research and therapy of multiple sclerosis. As the only non-governmental non-profit organization in the EU, we are the founder of the National Register of Multiple Sclerosis Patients (ReMuS). You can find us at V Malých domech III / 5, Prague.

Registry of patients with multiple sclerosis, ReMuS:
- gathering information on multiple sclerosis
- mapping the real situation of the disease in the Czech Republic
- assistance in research into multiple sclerosis and the development of new drugs at national level
- creating a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of costly treatment and thus contributing to better financial planning.
Multiple sclerosis, MS:
- is a chronic disease affecting the central nervous system, ie the brain and spinal cord. It is a chronic and progressive disease.
Centers for the diagnosis and treatment of demyelinating diseases, MS centers are located in the following cities:
- Brno, České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Jihlava, Olomouc, Ostrava, Pardubice, Plzeň, Prague, Teplice, Zlín.
