The Higher Vocational School of Food and the Secondary Dairy School in Kroměříž accepts students mainly from the Zlín Region, but we have students from the whole Czech Republic and in recent years also from Slovakia.
We are the only multifunctional vocational school profiled for study in the food industry.
We offer graduation studies, higher professional studies and three-year bachelor's studies in cooperation with FT TBU Zlín - full-time and part-time combined.
The Higher Vocational School of Food offers graduates of secondary schools with a school-leaving examination a study program of higher vocational studies:
- food analysis
- food technology and hygiene
- milk processing
- three-year full-time study and four-year combined study of graduates of secondary schools graduated with a degree DiS. (Certified specialist)
- three-year full-time and combined study bachelor's degree with Bc. jointly accredited study with TBU in Zlín - Food Chemistry and Technology.
For all fields of study and educational programs we offer a choice of a foreign language of English or German.
Qualification study, vocational training.
Foreign language teaching in professional subjects:
- general food technology
- milk technology
- analytical chemistry
- microbiology
- food hygiene
- machinery or food technology.
Vocational training includes knowledge of:
- economics
- food marketing
- commodity knowledge
- computer technology
- administrative techniques
- Accounting.
The Secondary Dairy School offers:
- four-year full-time and five-year distance studies completed by the school-leaving examination:
- fields:
- food analysis,
- food technology.
We practice in the neighborhood of the school in:
- dairies
- meat industry
- malt houses, bakeries
- private laboratories
Students also practice in food factories throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.
Accommodation is provided in youth homes in the neighborhood of the school:
- modern rooms
- catering.
We are holders of the certificate of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic "Permanent educational base of the Ministry of Agriculture".
