The picturesque South Moravian town of Valtice can be found near Břeclav at the Austrian border in the beautiful countryside of the Lednice-Valtice area, which is a landscape conservation area. The history of the town is inextricably linked to the Liechtenstein family, who worked here until 1945. Valtice is also an important wine center, which belongs to the Mikulov wine-growing sub-region.
