Production, repairs, service:
- injection moulds for plastics moulding up to the
1500 kg of the mould's weight
- blowing-out moulds for plastics moulding up to
the 50 l of the moulding volume.
Moulding:
- injection mouldings from termoplast up to the
1000 g of the weight on the presses.
Design, construction and production of the moulds is supported by modern 2D and 3D CAD/CAM systems and advanced technologies such as for example EDM - electroerosion excavating/sinking and wire cutting or high speed milling, machine-tools.
We follow the quality control, that is checked by modern 3D measuring machines.
System of quality control in our company is certified.
The production is concentrated on technic mouldings/pressings/stampings from the field of automobile industry, electrical industry, health and packing technologies.
