It is located southeast of Pardubice. It operates field production mainly in the municipalities of Kostěnice, Úhřetická Lhota, Hostovice, Černá za Bory, Mnětice, Nemošice, Pardubičky, Ostřešany, Mikulovice and Blato. It currently farms on 2, 168 ha of agricultural land. Of this, 2, 033 ha are arable land, 50 ha are orchards and 85 ha are meadows. The company is organizationally divided into 4 plants, ie plant production, animal production, the Černá za Bory workshop and the company's administration.
We breed dairy cows, heifers, pigs. We grow cereals - winter and spring wheat, winter barley and spring triticale, grain corn. From oilseeds we grow winter rape and annual sunflower. We grow apples and, to a lesser extent, plums in the orchards in Ostřešany.
