Social services Králicka (hereafter referred to as SSK), an organizational unit of the City of Králíky, provides nursing services in the territory of the city of Králíky.
The care service provided is an outreach service, which means that it is a service that is provided in the client's home. It is provided in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, and in accordance with Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., which implements some provisions of the Act on Social Services.
Our service is intended for people who have reduced self-sufficiency due to age, chronic illness or disability, and families with children whose situation requires the help of another natural person and is provided in a natural home environment in order to allow clients to preserve as much as possible their current way of life, compensates for their reduced self-sufficiency and postpones the necessity of placement in a residential facility. The services provided preserve and develop the dignified life of clients, are safe and professional.
We provide our clients with help in managing routine tasks of self-care (this is, for example, help with dressing and undressing, with spatial orientation, or with transfers to a bed or wheelchair), and also with help with personal hygiene, provision of food or help with provision of food (lunch delivery), help in ensuring the running of the household (e.g. cleaning, maintenance of appliances, shopping, errands or washing and ironing). Last but not least, accompanying to the doctor, to public authorities and institutions that provide public services is also an important help.
The target group of people does not include people requiring continuous supervision.
