The village of Dobříkov is a small village that lies in the western part of the Ústí nad Orlicí district and is close to the forest belt between Chocní and Horní Jelení.

The dominant feature of the village is the Orthodox wooden church from Subcarpathian Rus (1669), with the original interior, which was transferred to Dobříkov in 1930. Regular services are held here. Both cultural monuments of the Czech Republic, the church and the fortress with the hall of V.J. Klofáč, can be visited by agreement. There are also several monuments and memorials of historical interest, the most important of which is the five-meter-high statue of Master Jan Hus, made in 1912 from yellow sandstone.

About 500 inhabitants currently live in the village.
