Obec Bukovina u Ciste

cp. 19, Bukovina u Ciste 514 01
The village of Bukovina u Čisté can be found in the Semily district, between the towns of Nová Paka, Jilemnice and Vrchlabí, in the Liberec region.
The first written mention comes from the year 1386. It is preserved from the provocative books of that time that the resistance of Jan said Peck from Pecka to the proclamation of Hrzek plebán before Petr of Vartenberk and from Kosta was solved.

Currently in our village live 214 inhabitants. The landscape and nature around the village is picturesque and relatively little disturbed by civilization influences. A number of timbered cottages and farm buildings are preserved here. Bukovinský stream, springing on the meadows of Bukovina, flows through the village to the east and at Dolní Kalná it flows into the creek stream.
