Obec Ubislavice

Ubislavice 53, Ubislavice 507 92
The village of Úbislavice is located in the Hradec Králové Region, about 5 km southwest of Nová Paka. Úbislavice lies at an altitude of 400 m.n.m. and now 400 people live here.
The first mention of the village from 1357 proves that the upper part belonged to the castle Kumburk and the lower part was a ruler farm. Since 1389 the whole village belonged to Kumburk.

The village consists of six parts: Úbislavice, Chloumek, Goods, Stav, Štěpanice and Česká Proseč.

The village is rich in folk architecture, preserved wooden cottages of the Krkonoše type and timbered houses with richly carved gables.
