The municipal office for Podhorní Újezd and Vojice has two parts, namely Podhorní Újezd and Vojice. The village of Podhorní Újezd and Vojice is located in the district of Jičín in the Hradec Králové region. Currently, 652 inhabitants live in it. The first written mention of Vojice dates from 1357 and of Podhorní Újezd from 1408.

Near the village is the largest active sandstone quarry in the Czech Republic.
