The village of Zdětín is located in the district of Mladá Boleslav in the Central Bohemian Region. It is located at an altitude of 252 m above sea level and covers an area of 792 ha. At present, Zdětín has more than 500 inhabitants and is a member of the Union of Municipalities of Dolní Pojizeří. The first written mention of the village dates from 1189. The dominant feature of the village is the Gothic church of All Saints, registered as a cultural monument. The first mention of the church dates from 1260. Its altar dates from 1682.
