The first written mention of the village called Rádlo is from 1419, when the monastery in Mnichov Hradiště sold to Jindřich of Valdštejn, among other things, the parish of Rychnov with Rádel for 500 kop gr. Czech. The settlements of Milíře and Dobrá Voda are mentioned only in the 17th century.
Before 1848, Rádlo belonged to the Svijany estate and the Rychnov parish. Milíře settlement (Jeřmanice village) to the Starý Dub estate and Jeřmanice parish. After 1948, Rádlo was part of the judicial and political district of Jablonec n.N., the settlement of Milíře together with Jeřmanice belonged to the political and judicial district of Liberec.
The Terezian cadastre states that there were 25 farmers in the village, a mill with a sawmill and the inhabitants subsisted on agriculture, weaving and carting.
