The village of Chlumín is located in the district of Mělník in the Central Bohemian Region in the fertile Elbe lowlands. It lies at an altitude of 165 m above sea level and covers an area of 639 ha. The first written mention of the village dates from 1336. At present, our village has 499 permanent residents.
