The municipality of Ohrobec is a suburban area southeast of the Prague border.
Approximately 1, 400 inhabitants live here and it consists of the village of Ohrobec and the settlement of Károv. Good connections to Prague are ensured by buses of the Prague Integrated Transport
The first written mention of the village dates from 1355, when Charles IV mentions it. in the contract between Hensl Menhartt and the bishop of Triburierien interest for the villages of Zvole, Ohrobec and Břežan.
In the village there is a primary and kindergarten school, a playground, a tennis court, a library, a restaurant, a cultural hall and a convenience store.
