The village of Uzenice is located in the South Bohemian Region in the district of Strakonice. Uzenice has a cadastral area of 537 ha and lies at an altitude of 488 m above sea level. The first written mention of the village comes from 1227, when Uzenice belonged to the St. George's Monastery in Prague Castle. Currently, 113 inhabitants live in the village.
