PKD s.r.o., based in Daeice in the Czech Republic, is engaged in production, design and assembly of steel structures. Our other activities include blasting, painting and robotic welding.
Our company with international presence ranks among the most modern producers of steel structures and halls in the Czech Republic. We own one of the most modern steel structures production facilities. We offer comprehensive project implementation - from design through production to assembly. We also provide the installation of technologies and their commissioning. We supply complete turnkey technological units especially in the field of the agriculture or industry. We also realize constructions for administration (industrial halls with office buildings, car showrooms) and transport (pedestrian bridges, metro stations). We also create special constructions from steel parts of various shapes and sizes.
We own modern machines for welding, blasting, painting and sheet metal cutting. For robotic welding we use a welding robot - linear travel length 15, 6 meters, active linear travel about 12 meters. The robot switchboard is equipped with the necessary servopacks, which can handle the positioning of a weldment of 10 tons and a diameter of 1 meter. We use the Fronius Transplus Synergic 5000 welding system.
Thanks to the extensive capacity of three CNC controlled drilling centers from Vernet-Behringer, we are able to process profiles of 18 meters in length. The usable cross-section is then 1200 x 500mm, with a minimum drill diameter of 8mm and a maximum diameter of 40mm. We also provide thermal cutting using the plasma or the autogen (maximum dimensions of the boards are 2, 6 x 12 meters). We perform blasting to standard Sa 2 1/2 or SA3. The maximum length of the blasted workpiece is 16200 mm, minimum length 3000 mm. We are blasting flat materials, weldments and profiles.
We realize painting of steel structures, which take place in painting cabins with dimensions 18, 45 x 3, 81 x 4 meters. Painting is performed by a pressure spray gun connected to a high-pressure spraying device. We also provide plumbing work, such as bending sheets on the hydraulic bending machine or the production of tinsmith elements and construction profiles. We also work in the field of machining - grinding, turning work, milling.
