The company ALBET spol. s r.o. was founded in 1992 as a construction and trading company, since the beginning of its existence it has focused on the construction and reconstruction of utility networks, including related technologies. In 1993, the company expanded its activity to include construction and assembly work specializing in the production and assembly of steel structures; this activity was transferred to the subsidiary ALBET metal, s.r.o. in 1997 for organizational reasons. The company's construction activities in the field of building construction and engineering networks were taken over in 2006 by the newly established company ALBET stavební s.r.o.
