The sole shareholder of Vitalitas pojišťovna, a.s. is a branch health insurance company for employees of banks, insurance companies and the construction industry (OZP). In accordance with our long-term strategy, we are gradually launching new insurance products and working to build a modern, process-driven company. The correctness of this strategy and orientation is also confirmed by the economic result achieved in 2004.
