Technical support for operators, studies, documentation for land-use procedure, building permit, building construction, production documentation. We will prepare documentation in 2D (Autocad) and also 3D space (Inventor, PDMS).

Testing of burning of all coal fuels for interferences in combustion and optimization of boiler operation, emission reduction, efficiency increasing.

Test combustion chamber for testing of powdered coal IVITAS, JSC. company has a unique facility to search for optimum for combustion in furnaces of powder boilers. Technological equipment of facility enables to set, control and monitor all relevant parameters of the combustion process. Thus, we can find the best combustion mode for a specific fuel to minimize NOx and CO emissions. A particular fuel sample in amount of at least 2 t is needed for carrying out tests of this fuel. Testing combustion facility enables to carry out special tests: - verification of joint combustion of various fuels - combustion tests aimed at reduction of NOx emissions - the possibility of tests using reburning (post-combustion) - testing of additives for combustion, including SNCR testing - the possibility of combustion of mixtures of powdered fuels - the possibility of additional combustion of various fuels with an independent auxiliary burner - measuring of characteristic data of combustion paths for various types of combustion and combustion air zones and recirculated flue gas.

IVITAS, a.s. operates a unique facility to optimize pulverized coal combustion process. Technological equipment of the facility allows our professionals to set, control and monitor all relevant parameters of the pulverized coal combustion process. We are equipped to find the best combustion mode for a specific fuel to minimize NOx and CO emission. Min 2 tons of the particular fuel are requested in order to run the combustion test properly. Combustion facility allows special testing: - Verifies co-combustion of various fuels - Combustion tests focused on NOx emission reduction - Option of tests using re-burning (burning up) - Additives for combustion testing including SNCR - Option of pulverized fuels mixture combustion - Possibility of additional burning of various types of fuels with a separate additional burner - Gauging of characteristic data within the combustion route for various combustion methods and combustion air and re-circulated combustion product.
