You can find the Židek family winery in South Moravia in the Mikulovská wine region in the village of Popice. We offer you our wines to enhance festive moments, spent in company, or just for pleasure. We produce dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines.
The climatic and soil conditions of the region influence the original character of the local wines, they are characterized by a delicate aroma, lightness and freshness of fruit notes.
Wine production:
- white wines - Aurelius, Chardonay, Pálava, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Red Tramin
- white wines from resistant varieties - Hibernal, Johanniter, Muscaris, Souvignier gris
- pink wines - Cabernet sauvignon, Pinot Noir - claret
- red wines - Cabernet Moravia, Frankovka, Nitra, Saint Lawrence, Pinot Noir, Zweigeltrebe.
Tasting:
Guided tasting is led by a winemaker with an expert explanation. We will introduce you to our wines, usually 12 samples. You will learn about the individual wines tasted and, depending on your interest, you can also learn about the history and present of grape growing, production technology and various points of interest.
Organizing events:
Do you want to meet your friends or colleagues, enjoy the social atmosphere that accompanies the production and consumption of wine? You can use the space in the historic cellar, the newly built space for 50 people, or use the outdoor seating by the grill, but also relax in the quiet garden.
