The company RIPS projekt s.r.o. based in Prague deals with design and engineering activities. The subject of design activity is the creation of project documentation, a set of diagrams and drawings for the description of a building or construction process in paper or in the form of a digital drawing. Everything is needed especially in architecture, industry, construction and planning.
Drawings and diagrams can also find illustrative and indicative uses, as well as record information about the previous state of objects and more. The project documentation depicts the actual condition of the site or building and provides all the necessary information for the manufacturer, implementer or investor. Part of the engineering activity is the management, preparation and coordination of project work and contracts with the necessary provision of the necessary documents, surveys, focus, assessments, the necessary opinions of the state administration and technical solutions.
Our scope covers the initial selection of the site, design and planning of internal and external aspects of construction, the incorporation of change requirements and the commissioning of the completed building.

- initiation of administrative proceedings and settlement of decisions on the location of the building and the building permit

- ensuring the processing of all reports for the investigation procedure pursuant to Act No. 100/2001 Coll. incl. noise, dispersion studies, dendrological assessment, etc.
- ensuring the measurement of the radon index
- securing an extract from the real estate cadastre and an image from the land map, including securing deposits in the real estate cadastre
- ensuring professional management of the construction (TDI)
- ensuring the implementation of the construction (supplier).
