- for short-term and long-term accommodation in Prague are currently managed by the company Garone s.r.o. two hostels, owned by Dopravní podnik hl.m. Prahy, a.s.
Organizational provision of real estate management:
- taking over the real estate for complex administration, including administrative and technical documentation,
- introduction of records of owners, tenants, users of apartments, parts of real estate, non-residential premises and offices.
Security of property and persons:
- reception and doorman activities,
- security services at the administrative and operational buildings of the plants,
- security services at non-residential premises.
