We are a Czech family firm. Our company is focused on machining of complexly shaped parts. We concentrate especially on CNC machining of aluminium alloys, but also plastics, steel and cast iron. Various combinations of clamping fixtures are made by ourselves if necessary. According to customer's requirements, we are able to supply products with measurement protocols.
We are engaged in:
CNC turning on the Gildemeister duplex lathe centre, with driven tools and Y-axis. The maximum diameter on machining from a bar is 52 mm and cut-to-size elements up to 280 mm.
CNC milling on three vertical machining centres with maximum take-off runs 750x500x500. We are able to machine any machinable material - Al alloys, plastic, copper, brass, steel, cast iron …
For non-ferrous metals we are equipped with high-speed centres for more productive manufacturing.
We are able to blast (sandblast) aluminium parts. Blasting make a surface more integrated, traces of machining are not visible.Trademarks: LINTECH LIN-BOX, Hermle C, Pilous ARG 250 CF
