The village of Jetřichov lies close to the slopes of the valley descending from south to north, through which a path freely follows the course of the stream. The stream flows into the Stěnava in the northern part of the cadastre, which flows through the northern part of the cadastre. The surrounding hilly terrain predetermined the linear character of the village. The highest point in the treated area is Šance peak with an altitude of 493 m above sea level. To the south, the crest of the Broumovské stény, towering powerfully above the surrounding terrain, continues outside the cadastre of the village. The entire cadastre is part of the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area.
According to the last census, 474 inhabitants live in Jetřichov.
