Weighing and dosing system of pigments AVDBp - 4 / 10-20:
- system for weighing powder additives into concrete mixtures in concrete plants
- for weighing colored pigments in the production of colored concrete goods, for weighing components for mixers in the production of building materials (eg sealants, grouts, etc.), for weighing mixtures of any loose, powder, non-stick media, eg feed mixtures, food mixtures ( stainless steel version)
- the system is delivered disassembled and is installed at the customer's installation site
Weighing and dosing system of pigments AVDBp - X - 20:
- weighing and dosing system is designed for weighing and pneumatic transport of individual batches of powder paints
- the weighing system can be supplemented with a device for cleaning the transport pipeline from possible stickers
- the system is supplied as a compact unit adapted for the connection of compressed air, electricity and possible cable for communication with the superior control system
Electromechanical slip scale ASV xx P:
- for continuous weighing and dosing of granular materials in closed technological systems, automatic continuous weighing
- weighing and dosing of powdered and granular materials, filling of wagons, tank trucks, inter-operational control of material flow, determining equipment for continuous formation of mixed products, etc.
Technological units:
- Sliding scale tank filling system is a set of equipment developed for continuous weighing. It is designed for dosing individual components in continuous production, such as dosing additives in the production of cements.
Dosing systems:
- the fine dosing device consists of several hoppers placed on a supporting structure. Each hopper has its own dosing auger with a special construction. The system is controlled by an electronic unit with the possibility of setting weight doses. It is used for weighing various powder materials into portable containers.
Pneumatic conveying:
- high-pressure chamber feeder AKPV 1000 - 0, 6 consists of a cylindrical pressure vessel with a conical lower part equipped with 18 pieces of special fluidizing nozzles, where the chamber feeder works in cycles. It is used to transport dry powder materials with a maximum grain size of up to 4 mm.
