The company was established in 1998 on the basis of support and consultation of a newly emerging industry in the Czech Republic – healthy, ecological and low-cost housing.
In 2002, the company's orientation focused on low-energy and passive wooden buildings built from natural and ecological materials. Construction experience was published in the book Low Energy House by Ing. architect Pavel Šmelhaus at the ARCH publishing house in 2004.
