Lakovna Hajdik s.r.o. from the Czech Republic is a purely Czech company that has been operating on the market already since 1989 and focuses on surface finish of metals, plastics and wood, using automotive wet painting. We own an industrial paint shop with a robotic line, thanks to which our products are of top quality.
The company just expanded production to include new manual surface treatment capacities focused on high quality finishing of heavy components. Our High-Tech Division specialises in heavy components and seemingly impossible projects.

We expanded our specialisations in 2017 to include the aerospace industry with our new AS 9100 certification. We already have surface treatment jobs for Boeing 737, 767 and Airbus aircraft and we are waiting for further challenges. Be demanding, we’re ready for the challenge!
We put great emphasis on the professionality of our services, which can be also proven by the "Prumyslova nemovitost roku 2008" (Industrial plant of 2008) award that we received. We have 4 robotic lines, Power and Free conveyor and other top systems that all make us the largest paint shop in the Czech Republic.
Functional or point of view coating of plastics:
- specializing in the automotive, medical and electrical industry fields
- for plastic materials, composites and laminates.
Coating of metals with pre-treatment for moldings, weldments, castings, compositions and others:
- interior and exterior point of view coating,
- functional coating (anti-corrosive, UV and other sprays).
We also carry out wood coating, mostly furniture parts made of the MDF material. Components (plastic and metal) that are part of them are of course coated as well.
We carry out both robotic and manual operation to provide the most effective painting. Thanks to new technologies we are also able to use water soluble and solvent systems.
Due to the lack of workers with specialization in painting we decided to open a school of painting and we thus also carry out research and development in this field, to make our coating absolutely perfect.
Surface finish is very important and the customers' satisfaction is always our priority - that is why we prefer an individual approach and try to find such solutions that would fit their requirements precisely.
