The village of Mezholezy can be found in the Pilsen Region, five kilometers from the town of Kdyně. It lies in the picturesque valley of the Dubovka stream, which is surrounded by the forests of the Koráb massif. The village is situated at an altitude of 532 m above sea level. and has an area of 371 ha. The first written mention of the village dates from 1379. At present, Mezholezy has 104 permanent residents.
