Custom production of flanges and other piping components such as T, Y pieces is the main activity of the company AR Brno. We supply our products not only to the Czech but also to foreign markets.

We have many years of experience with production and deliveries. Our wide range is manufactured according to CSN, EN standards. DIN, ANSI, ASME, JIS, GOST, AUS. We will also take care of atypical production according to the drawing documentation. We supply our products mainly to industries such as water management, energy, chemical and petrochemical industries, nuclear energy or food industry.

We produce flanges, T and Y pieces from materials with a wide range of qualities. We supply stainless steel, carbon, alloy, non-alloyed T and Y pieces with resistance to frost and high plus temperatures.

The production program of AR Brno primarily includes flanges - atypical, neck, flat, rotating, blind, threaded, spectacle plug and more. Other products are pipe neck, pipe welding transition, fittings - T, Y piece and plate bottoms.

We also provide surface treatment of products - galvanic and hot dip galvanizing, blasting and sandblasting.

We also perform non-destructive testing. The first method is radiographic testing (RT) of welds, forgings, castings up to a material thickness of 300 mm. We also perform ultrasonic (UT) testing of welds, forgings, castings of various shapes and sizes. We also test welds, forgings, castings and other non-porous materials by the capillary method (PT). We provide visual testing (VT), acoustic emission method (AT) and magnetic testing method for welds, forgings, castings from ferromagnetic materials.
