A digital archive and document flow control, the so-called workflow, will provide a clear overview and speed up work with documents in a company or office, and at the same time guarantee a reduction in overall administrative costs. An integral part of the entire process of implementing the ELO system is a document audit - that is, a thorough analysis of the flow of documents and a subsequent proposal to optimize the company's processes for working with documents according to the individual needs of the customer.
