Decontamination of internal surfaces and accessories of tank vehicles, containers and tank superstructures and solo chassis.
The washing box enables the cleaning of two tank vehicles at the same time.
Cleaning of tank cars after substances not included in ADR:
-food products in general (glucose, fruit juices, chocolate, etc.)
- mineral and food oils
-paraffins.
ADR substances:
-substances ADR class 30, which under normal conditions do not form explosive mixtures of dangerous gases or vapors with air (diesel, heating oil TOLEX, TOEL)
-substances ADR class 80.
The result of the cleaning is an issued, numbered, registered, bilingual certificate.
All waste resulting from cleaning is disposed of ecologically according to Czech/EU regulations.
Tanks cannot be cleaned after:
-poisonous and infectious ADR class 6 substances
-substances that require the application of acetone and other solvents for cleaning
-substances requiring a higher cleaning temperature than 100°C
-liquefied gases ADR class 2
- radioactive ADR class 7 substances
explosive substances ADR class 1 (explosives, pyrotechnic substances).
