Nocta Design s.r.o. provides services in construction. We carry out construction supervision and technical supervision of the investor, TDI. We perform the performance of the Coordinator of Safety and Health at Work on the construction site.
Construction supervision services:
- we provide comprehensive services in the field of technical supervision of constructions in the scope of the price list of UNIKA engineering activities
- acquaintance with project documentation and contracts and complete supervision of the course of work, adherence to the time schedule, convening of inspection days, participation in the approval, ensuring the final settlement of the construction and other related activities.
Services in the field of health and safety coordinator on the construction site ::
- elaboration of the health and safety plan in connection with the project documentation
- acquaintance of the contractor with the safety risks of the construction and the health and safety plan
- communication with the labor safety inspectorate
- discussing deficiencies in occupational safety and health
- participation in construction inspection days
- other related acts in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll.
