Home Heart in the palms - social services Jiříkov provides residential and field social services.
The mission of our organization is to provide adequate support, assistance or care to people who, due to their age, deteriorating health, or other disadvantage, have reduced self-sufficiency and need the help of another individual.
Residential services:
The home for the elderly is located on the ground floor of the "Heart in the Palms" Home building and has a capacity of 17 seats.
Accommodation is provided in one 1-bed, three 2-bed and three 3-bed rooms. Outside his room, the client can use in the usual way together with other clients a dining room, a café "Babeta", a common room, an ergo workshop, a covered terrace and a garden. There is a canteen and a common dining room on the ground floor of the building.
All-day meals are provided for clients in the home.
The service is intended for persons over 65 years of age who have reduced self-sufficiency, mainly due to age, whose situation requires regular assistance from another natural person.
The home with a special regime is located on the first and second floor of the building of the Home "Heart in the palms" and its capacity is 76 seats.
The service is intended for persons over 54 years of age who have reduced self-sufficiency due to chronic mental illness and persons with senile, Alzheimer's dementia and other types of dementia who have reduced self-sufficiency due to these diseases.
Field services:
Nursing service is provided in clients' households and in social services facilities. The mission of this service is to support clients in independence and self-sufficiency, to help clients provide basic living and social needs and to enable a dignified life in the client's household.
Personal assistance is provided indefinitely in clients' households and in social services facilities. The aim is to professionally and individually help people with reduced self-sufficiency due to age, chronic illness or disability, to overcome their unfavorable social situation with the help of a qualified personal assistant.
