We are a school with a long tradition, which is a great source of potential. Our goal is to further improve and offer students a quality education with plenty of opportunities to develop their skills so that they can easily apply in future life.
We offer our students the opportunity to study study fields, but also fields with a high school diploma.
The ambition of the school is to offer fields whose graduates will be well applicable in the labor market. We currently offer three fields.
The field of Gastronomy is a four-year field of study with a high school diploma. The graduate is prepared for the performance of technological activities in the branches of catering and all facilities that provide these services and at the same time has the basic prerequisites for performing business activities in the field.
The field of Chef - Waiter is a three-year field of study. The graduate will be employed in the profession of chef or waiter, especially in the position of an employee in large, medium and small operations. After gaining the necessary experience in the field i is ready for a private business in the hospitality industry.
The field of carpenter is a three-year field of study. Graduates find employment in practice not only in construction joinery production, but after a short induction they can work in sawmilling, carpentry, furniture or other woodworking.
Furthermore, those interested can use the studies of two-year extension fields of Business and Gastronomy (full-time and distance), ending with a school-leaving examination, which are for all graduates of three-year study fields with an apprenticeship certificate.
During the four-year study, the Secondary School of Entrepreneurship passes on to students comprehensive knowledge in the field of economics, accounting, financing and management. Pupils can choose from the fields of Information Technology, Marketing and Advertising as well as Tourism.
Graduates of the four-year full-time study find employment in various job positions.
I also offer a two-year extension study with a high school diploma in the fields of Operations Engineering, Business and Gastronomy.
