Our family distillery is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Znětínek in the Vysočín region. The operation of the distillery was started in the fall of 2011 in the converted premises of the former outbuilding next to the family house. In 2014, we rebuilt other premises and expanded our facilities with a complete line for the preparation of kvass from fruit juice, i.e. a fruit washing machine with a crusher from the company Voran and a sail press. The output of the line is up to 1000 kg of fruit per hour. Beginners can have kvass completely prepared from imported fruit, i.e. crush the stone fruit (or juice it), mash the stone fruit, add yeast, nutritional salt, or enzymes and let it ferment. We will enable the grower to be present not only during the actual burning, but also during the pickling of the fruit, so that he can also learn something.
