CNC Moravia is a young, dynamic company based in Krnov, which deals with chip machining (CNC turning and milling) of semi-finished products using CNC machines. Since its establishment in 2009, the main activity has been locksmith and welding production. In 2014, production expanded to include CNC machining. The company's goal is to satisfy customer requirements as much as possible. It goes without saying that the high quality of manufactured products delivered within the agreed terms and the effort to satisfy all the specific requirements of our customers are available. We will ensure the machining of complexly machined rotary parts in a combination of turning, drilling, threading and full-scale milling according to the customer's wishes. For turning and machining of precision parts, we use only the most modern CNC lathes, which enable very progressive and highly productive machining. Thanks to the design and performance of the motor of the driven tools, it is not a problem for us to comprehensively machine parts with diameters of off-axis holes up to 35 mm or parts requiring a larger removal of material by milling (using blade drills or blade cutters with a diameter of up to 80 mm). Thanks to the extremely robust design of the machine, we focus on machining materials with high strength (stainless steel or hardened steel, alloys with a high nickel content, heavy interrupted cuts). High quality, precision and reliability of CNC machining are a matter of course for us.
