HT - SYSTEM PLUS ® - new manufacturing process of the HT system
The company Gebr. Ostendorf - OSMA zpracování plastů, s.r.o introduces a new product line HT - SYSTEM PLUS PLUS®. HT-System PLUS (PP)® effluent pipes and fittings are a top-class product with high utility properties:
- sturdier pipes and fittings thanks to an optimalized formula of polypropylene and mineral filler from renowned manufacturers
- high storage stability (higher rigidity, lower shape memory of the shaped necks)
- higher noise protection – quieter pipes (26 dB)
- higher ring stiffness
- high heat resistance up to 100°C
- better flammability parameters
- high chemical resistance to most chemicals and waste water, including oil content

New product line ,,ULTRA dB"
The Osma company is extending its product range with a new line ,ULTRA dB". These effluent pipes and fittings are made of a mineral filled polypropylene. This system is characterized by excellent properties:
- high degree of sound isolation, sandwich structure of the pipe wall from PP with mineral additives, noise level 24 dB,
- DIN 4109-10 complies with the third degree of noise isolation of building structures
- is resistant to aggressive waste water with values between pH 2 and pH 12
- high heat resistance up to 90° C with a continuous flow and up to 95° C with a short term flow
- high mechanical endurance with temperatures up to - 10° C – can be installed in winter conditions
- easy and efficient installation - innovative use of a pressure solution, a centimeter scale on the pipeline; pipes can be shortened to any length, easy connecting without the use of special tools, wide range of shapes
- very good hydraulic properties thanks to a perfectly smooth inner surface of the pipe - prevents sludge from settling
- very high pressure resistance, can be installed even in concrete, ring stiffness 4 kN / m 2
- 100% utilization of raw materials capable of undergoing a process of recycling the Ultra dB pipe and fitting systems
