KOVONA SYSTEM, a.s. from Český Těšín in the Czech Republic, a member of INDUSTRIAL SYNERGY GROUP, is a modern, dynamically developing company, which focused on the large-scale custom cold processing of steel.

The production takes place both on the universal and special purpose automated workplace, lines or technological units. This wide range of technological options allows us to use the most suitable methods in the custom manufacturing. We use coil cutting technology, rolling open and closed profiles, profile and sheet material cutting, laser cutting, non-deformation bending of thin-walled profiles, bending of wires, sheet metal forming by pressing and bending, automatic thread cutting, flowdrill, resistance and arc robotic welding and many more. Surface treatment is done by powder varnishing, chrome plating and galvanizing.

Our manufacturing capabilities are most used by customers from the automotive and furniture industry.

Certainly, we are not only a producer. We offer the complete range of services, which includes everything from the proposal and product development, its testing and preparing a production documentation, across delivery of samples up to series production, assembling non-metal parts, packaging and delivery to to the destination.

The quality is an important partner for us. We focuse not only on all parts of the manufacturing process, but also on the pre-producion periods. We make an efforts to reveal all the potential product defects by the FMEA method aplication and accept measures, that prevent their occurrence in the production phase.

The quality management system is subject not only to ISO 9001:2009, we also meet other specific certifications, which exceed her framework. These extra requirements, that are required and regularly audited directly by our customers, relate not only to the production area, but also environmental proteciton, occupational safety, fire protection or social and working conditions.
