We are a small family roastery with a cafe in the town of Kašperské Hory, which is located in the heart of Šumava. In our offer, which we change during the year, you will find several types of coffee of the highest quality from different parts of the world. All our coffees, which we carefully select and supervise their roasting, can also be tasted and purchased directly at the coffee roaster. Part of the roastery is a small but cozy cafe where you can sit and soak up the coffee atmosphere :) In the cafe we will offer you excellent desserts and desserts, which we bake for you daily in our craft patisserie. We also prepare daily fresh sandwiches, savory cakes and other goodies. Every day we bake fresh cakes, desserts, pies and other goodies for you, which you can have in our cafe, which is right next door. You will find both our classics (wreath, pinwheel, laskonka, top, etc.) and modern desserts (cheesecake, red velvet, cupcake, etc.). We can also use gluten-free or raw variants. All our goodies are handmade and therefore original :). As with our coffee, we pay attention to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. We do not use any stabilizers, artificial preservatives or hardened vegetable fats. We buy coffee beans from current harvests. We carefully select and try to get interesting coffees for you and us. We roast according to the needs of our cafe and customer. We are carefully looking for the right roasting profile, so we can offer you both lighter roasted coffee, suitable for filtered coffee, and darker for espresso. We do not roast large quantities in advance, thus guaranteeing quality and freshness.
