M.Sc. Lukáš Kulhánek started his legal practice at the Regional Office of the Hradec Králové Region, where he gained experience mainly in the field of real estate law, the law of territorial self-governing units and tax proceedings. From 2011, he worked first as a law clerk and then also as a lawyer in one of the largest law firms in Eastern Bohemia, where he gradually worked his way up to the position of head of the civil law department. As part of his legal practice, he focuses mainly on commercial and civil law, when he provides comprehensive legal services to commercial companies, SVJ in connection with housing co-ownership, as well as to natural persons. In addition to the above, however, it also provides legal services in other legal branches, including criminal, tax and administrative law.
