Company D&K Brazing s.r.o. focuses on annealing and soldering in a closed space linear furnace. Our linear furnace is particularly suitable for annealing and soldering stainless steel up to 1120 degrees.

A controlled atmosphere linear furnace allows processing up to 100 kg of material in one hour. The material passes through a closed atmosphere heating zone with either a mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen or 100% pure hydrogen. This procedure will ensure perfect material cleaning from oxides and high quality annealing and soldering.

Technical parameters of the linear soldering furnace:

- useful furnace width up to 300 mm
- clear height of the furnace entrance up to 150 mm
- adjustable belt feed speed from 100 - 500 mm / min
- high kiln production capacity up to 100 kg of material per hour
- controlled atmosphere
- Location of the furnace in Olomouc with good transport accessibility
- the possibility of loading and unloading trucks

The furnace is controlled by a PC system with the possibility of protocol documentation of the course of the entire annealing or soldering process with the possibility of controlling the dew point value and other conditions in the furnace.

The entire system guarantees maximum safety and is also environmentally friendly.
