Portal machining center MCG 1000 - multifunctional machine for machining complicated workpieces, metal parts Czech Republic

Spatially complicated parts and technologically demanding workpieces can only be produced on a special multifunctional machine. The company ZAKO Turcin from the Czech Republic has a new portal machining center MCG 1000 of the upper gantry type in its machinery. This highly productive machine is used for machining of metal parts and complicated workpieces. The functions of the machine are controlled by the CNC control system SINUMERIK 840D sl, which enables machining of even spatially complicated shapes, the tool follows the path created as an output from a 3D CAD program. The system enables five-axis milling as well as full-fledged turning, the given part can be machined from five sides. The machining center is therefore widely used for the automotive, aerospace and plastics industries.
