Dobroduš Diakonie ČCE - SKP in Prague provides aftercare services and support for adults with severe mental illness. Our goal is to develop skills, independence, ability to solve stressful situations and contribute to active leisure. You can find our center in Prague on Korunní street.
Our activities:
- ambulatory service for people with chronic mental illness
- socio-therapeutic activities
- training common, social and technical skills (work with mobile phone, money management, self-care ...)
- assistance in dealing with common matters (dealing with authorities, doctors ...)
- facilitating contact with other social service providers
- basic social counseling
- facilitating contact with the social environment
- community activities (trips, themed evenings ...).
