Diakonie SKP in Prague - Nursing service Vinohrady - Vršovice provides assistance for seniors with reduced self-sufficiency over 65 years and disabled people from 16 years of age. We support our clients in their normal way of life so that they can stay in their home environment as long as possible.
Care service:
- assistance in personal hygiene, household maintenance
- ensuring shopping, errands
- escort to the doctor, to the authorities
- basic social counseling
- lending of compensatory aids (French sticks, toilet chairs, bath seats, trolleys ...)
Our annual service capacity is 65 clients.
