Throughout its history (ie since 1991), the main activity of D2 Manufacturing has been precision tool production and metal production. We are based in the Česká Lípa district in the town of Nový Bor and provide comprehensive services from the analysis of manufacturability, design, production through assembly to service, so we are able to reflect the specific requirements of clients. In addition to CNC machining and milling, which form the largest part of our activities, we also deal with conventional machining (turning, grinding, gouging, cutting and sawing). Part of our production program is the service and modification of all our range. We have modern equipment with an emphasis on current technology and skilled workers. We hold the ISO 9001: 2016 quality management certificate, which confirms our qualities in effective business management. Our production process is regularly inspected and audited, all with a single goal, and that is a satisfied customer.

CNC machining
We specialize in custom manufacturing, mainly focusing on automotive. Due to the growing demands on the flexibility of the entire production process, we pay attention to the continuous improvement of the concept of integrated production, of which machining centers are the main part.
Welding
We offer welding of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron. One of our activities is the production and assembly of steel structures and weldments for larger production units. We weld and weld using MIG / MAG and TIG / WIG methods.
Surface grinding
We use surface grinding in the final processing of products in order to achieve precise dimensions, shapes and surface roughness.
EDM
Thanks to EDM machining, we are able to machine hard materials with great precision. During electro-erosive machining, the material is removed by small electric discharges between the workpiece and the electrode, which guarantees high design accuracy.
