Let us welcome you to the Luboš Grmolec Winery, which is located in an important wine-growing area of the Dolnomoravský úval in the village of Hovorany.
Mr. Luboš Grmolec took over the winemaking tradition from his father and grandfather in 1986. He specializes in dry varietal wines from his own vineyards.
In our vineyard we grow Veltlin Green, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Müller Thurgau, André variety and more.
We organize guided tastings in the wine cellar for 5 -10 people. Part of the tasting is to get acquainted with viticulture and its history. During it, participants taste 8 samples of wines from our production.
The Luboš Grmolec winery seems to be the prototype of a small winemaker, but all the similarity ends when the grapes are harvested. For individual varieties, it is adapted to the purposeful effort to specialize in dry wines with a maximum volume of residual sugar of up to 4 g / l.
The resulting regional wines are prepared from grapes in the quality of late harvest or selection of grapes, but even with an alcohol content of 13-14% they remain fresh and drinkable.
