The company SIEBERT + TALAŠ, spol. s r.o. based in Prague, deals with all architectural, design and engineering activities, especially in Slovakia. Since 2018, our company has also been operating in the Czech Republic.
As part of our activities, we deal with the implementation of small and large projects in the areas of housing, offices, hospitality, retail, logistics and interior design.
We operate in the areas of healthcare, infrastructure, public buildings, urban planning, housing, interior design, offices, hotels and retail.
Our company has its own architects, engineers and also experts in BIM modeling. We also have our own special department dealing with transport and infrastructure projects.
We implement all activities from construction projects, through the first ideas on paper to a comprehensive implementation of the BIM model.
We are also a traditional consulting organization focused on technical due diligence, cost management, value engineering, tender management and especially PPP projects.
