The winter stadium is used for regular hockey training, preparatory and championship matches of the HC Klatovy club and a concentration of hockey and figure skating clubs. Public skating is also a matter of course.
The ice rink offers the use of an ice rink for:
- training of hockey teams, figure skaters
- international, national, national, regional, district and hobby hockey matches
- individual programs for individuals
- Organizing training camps for hockey clubs and figure skaters
- organized skating schools
- public skating.
A part of the winter stadium in Klatovy is also a tourist hostel. It offers accommodation throughout the year in two apartments and in fifteen quadruple to six-bed rooms with a total capacity of up to 90 beds.
